Centro Commerciale Valecenter

Valecenter is one of the most interesting shopping centers in the Veneto Region. It has a Carrefour hypermarket and a number of stores ranging from apparel to household goods, from services to entertainment. Completeley restructured in the years 2005 - 2007 it embodies 130 stores, including food courts and a multiplex cinema. Our work includes supervising large-scale refurbishment and rehabilitation projects on behalf of investors. In this case PM4B was involved in all the project implementation stages from execution design, to supervision in the construction phase and maintenance tests. PM4B was also particularly responsible for tenant coordination.

Parco Scientifico e Tecnologico "KilometroRosso"

PM4B was appointed as the project manager for science and technology park, known as the Kilometro Rosso. The Kilometro Rosso strategy focuses on the multi-sector integration of knowledge and expertise in order to make the most of the results of the R&D activities carried out within the Park. The development accommodates businesses in the fields of information and communication technology, electronics, life sciences, defence, aerospace, advanced materials and manufacturing. The development encourages networking between entrepreneurs, researchers and stakeholders. The hub provides shared facilities such as a knowledge centre, post office, auditoria, and restaurants, boardrooms, meeting rooms, video conferencing and exhibition spaces

Emerald Cove Resort - Antigua

PM4B has worked extensively in the residential, leisure and sports sector, creating vibrant destinations that attract visitors and locals and help position cities and communities around the world on the international stage. The Emerald Cove project is located on the island of Antigua. It consists in building a tourist 5-star luxury resort, with villas, apartments, hotels and an 18 hole golf course, as well as shopping areas, restaurants, beach clubs and plaza. PM4B worked closely with the investor, assisting in the development of options for layout and structural form. This early and collaborative involvement, drawing on the skills of multiple technical disciplines together with the knowledge of many project stakeholders is typical of PM4B's core value of facilitating 'total architecture'

Carrefour Energy Saving Programm

In 2011 PM4B was appointed to support Carrefour Italy's business operations and the condition of its asset infrastructure, to improve energy performance levels across the fleet. PM4B reviewed the organisational structure and culture, assessed the state of technical assets and developed approved project and programme management systems and processes to enable performance improvements and mobilisation

Esselte Offices Refurbishment

The project stems from the need to reduce the space in which tasks are performed by two to one floor. To do this it was necessary to rethink the whole arrangement and placement offices. To obtain this we have redesigned the entire layout of existing offices. By moving from two to one floor it was possible to rethink the entire image of the offices. It has replaced the lighting system by putting a system of lights with low energy consumption. It has been redesigned the system of meeting rooms
